Will the Pandemic End Small Talk?

Has the pandemic wiped out the inclination to make inane small talk about the weather or the weekend’s approach and replaced with meaningful connection? Amidst the Zoom fatigue and WFH “new normal,” there will be a long-term impact on how we will communicate and build relationships in the future.
